I loved very good staff and food. Walking to Back Bay subway station takes about 15 minutes.

Everything was perfectly fine, nevertheless we stayed for 3 nights only. We loved the convenience of the a double room available with 2 Queen beds and bathroom, for instance.

Loved our stay, had relaxing 3 days overall. We took a studio suite and it had central heating, an individual safe and pay television. Our check-in was good.

The location was odd, it's a pitty.

The room was light with jacuzzi.

I appreciated its location and staff, big building. My room included central heating, pay TV and a laptop-size safe.

Possibly the best and such wonderful stay in a pretty decent location. The hotel was set in a very central area near to Chinatown and many restaurants and shops as well as tourist attractions and shops.

Clean hotel, and the stuff where especially helpful, location was prime near to city centre. Liked the superior king room I had with 2 Queen beds, jacuzzi.

The hotel was fairly clean and stunningly beautiful, loved the extremely comfy beds.

My stay was truly memorable, I appreciated that it was fairly clean throughout, with magnificent views and brilliant lovation right by different restaurants, lovely shops and Public Garden. Meals were appetising. Everything was 10/10!

Contemporary hotel with attentive staff, I loved decent location. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

The staff was polite, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an amazing part of the city very close to shopping areas and great restaurants, Park and Boston Common.

The place was clean, our room was compact. We had a continental breakfast and liked the quality of the food. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to an art gallery.

Along with exceptionally nice location we got a unique room. The breakfast was incredible, had plenty of food like eggs, cheese, fresh fruit and omelet. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a scenic view. We liked that the hotel was near the beach. Such an excellent service too.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

The PLEASANT staff was a plus, the location was ideal.

stayed here before, loved location and staff. there was a busy bar with a huge variety of different food, such as burgers, pizza, salads, ice cream and crisps. and it also had breathtaking view. late check-out was useful.

It was quite comfortable time in Boston. The venue was always neat, had outstanding staff and location. Painless check in and late check out.

Clean and the staff was GENUINELY HELPFUL. The venue was in a very central location right by the shopping areas. Also, Copley Square was just a short distance away. The room was compact and cosy with good facilities.

We loved our brilliant stay there a lot. Really quiet location, probably the best, COURTEOUS staff and newly remodeled rooms. Reasonably spacious suite and super comfy bed. Bathroom was modern. The fact the service was flawless too.

We really loved comfort and staff, felt like home. All the necessary was there, including big bathroom with walk-in showers...

we loved atmosphere and facilities. rooms were large. one of the dining options, ostra was 5 mins walk away. it deserves its 4 stars.

It is undoubtedly a superior option when in Boston. Location was good and the staff was helpful. Great to have a heating system, TV and a coffee machine in the room.
